The KPI Group is an established Labour Hire Company that has been operating since 2010 in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, and Western Australia.
We have upcoming opportunities in Sunshine Coast, QLD, for Experienced Machine Operators that can demonstrate their detailed experience and skill set within the construction/civil Industry.
We are looking at enthusiastic candidates who are self-motivated, experienced, Excavator Operators / Moxy Operators/ Water Cart and Civil Labourers with tickets that are reliable and reside in the Sunshine Coast our surrounding regions. Candidates will need to be able to work independently and be able to follow tasks given to them on a daily basis by site teams.
Positions (Multiple roles available):
- Experienced Machine Operators – Excavator/Moxy /Roller/Water Cart, etc. -Gps knowledge is advantageous and VOC Essential
- All-round Experienced Civil Multi Skilled/Ticketed Labourers
Skills & Experience:
- Construction experienced Labourers (Multi-skilled and ticketed)
- Construction White Card (Essential)
- Provide relevant current tickets and demonstrate experience in the construction/civil industry.
- Current Verification Of Competency (VOC) on machines (Essential)
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Can read and understand drawings and plans
- Australian Citizens
- Availability from Monday to Sunday for day and night shifts
- People who can work individually and in teams
- Safety-focused people with excellent communication skills
- Proactive and problem solvers/Strong work ethic
- Proactive and reliable with a good work ethic
- Can follow directions and complete tasks allocated
