Construction & Civil Labour Opportunities
KPI Group is a national labour hire provider operating since 2010 across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia. We are expanding our workforce in Lismore NSW, and are seeking experienced, multi-skilled construction and civil labourers for ongoing and upcoming projects.
These roles suit motivated, reliable, and multi-ticketed professionals who can work independently, follow daily site instructions, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. Candidates must reside in Lismore or within a 50km radius.
Positions Available (Multiple Roles):
- All-Round Experienced Multi-Skilled / Ticketed Labourers
- Experienced Machine Operators – Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller, Water Cart, etc.
(GPS knowledge and current VOC highly advantageous) - Skilled Labourers
- General Labourers
- Riggers
- Formwork Carpenters
- Carpenters
- EWP Operators
- Manitou Operators
- Dogman
- Forklift Operators
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in construction and/or civil environments.
- White Card (essential).
- Relevant, current tickets with demonstrated industry experience.
- Recent Verification of Competency (VOC) on machinery (highly regarded).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans.
- NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (essential).
- Australian citizenship.
- Availability Monday to Sunday for ongoing work.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Safety-focused with strong communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, task-driven, and able to follow site direction.
